*Salary Protection provides a replacement income of up to 75% of your annual salary less any other income that you may be entitled to (e.g. half pay, Ill Health Early Retirement Pension, Temporary Rehabilitation Remuneration, State Illness Benefit or State Invalidity Pension). To be eligible to claim from the Scheme, you must meet the definition of disablement as defined in the policy document and exhaust the deferred period of the Scheme. **This is a summary of the key benefits available to members of the Scheme. Members of the Clerical Officer & Executive Grade Schemes prior to 1st June 2022 who have opted out of the Death Benefits, Specified Illness Benefits and Medical Immunity Benefit during the opt out period are not covered for those benefits. Competition Terms: To enter, you must be a member of Fórsa. You can opt out of the draw by contacting Cornmarket before 06/10/2023. In the event of winning, we will contact Fórsa to verify your membership. Promotional photography with your consent may be required. Deadline to enter is 30/09/2023. The draw takes place with the winner notified by telephone one week after the draw. No purchase necessary. A €2,500 Center Parcs voucher will be made payable to the prize winner.
