Fórsa is a diverse union of 89,000 members working in a variety of grades and occupations in various sectors. For this reason, Fórsa is comprised of six divisions, each representing the sector within which our members work. Civil Service
Representing some 25,000 civil servants including clerical, administrative, technical and professional staff and service officers.
Education OLD
Representing over 18,000 education staff in schools and early education, as well as clerical, administrative, management staff in institutes of technology and education and training
Health and Welfare OLD
"At the Heart of Health and Welfare": Fórsa represents over 30,000 health workers including health and social care professionals; clerical, administrative, management and technical staff.
Local Government and Local Services OLD
Representing 10,000 local government and services workers including clerical, administrative, management, technical and professional staff.
