Industrial relations expert Kieran Mulvey has issued a recommendation on Ryanair pay scales as part of his ongoing mediation in the row between the airline and its pilots. The Ryanair pilots’ committee is now giving the proposals serious consideration.
Meanwhile, the company continues to pursue its legal action against Fórsa and named pilots. The union is contesting the airline’s claim for compensation for losses it alleges it incurred after notice of strike action was served in the summer. The industrial action did not go ahead.
