Fórsa has launched a staff-wide survey at the Land Development Agency (LDA) to build a clearer picture of workplace experiences and priorities among employees. The union is encouraging all LDA staff—whether current Fórsa members or not—to take part.

The survey aims to strengthen Fórsa’s understanding of the specific concerns facing workers across the agency, and to shape its efforts to advocate for improvements in the workplace.
Fórsa official David Field said the survey is an important opportunity for workers to have their say:
“We’ve been engaging with staff remotely and off-site, and it’s clear there are shared issues that need attention. This survey gives every Land Development Agency employee a chance to raise their voice and help guide the union’s priorities going forward.”
Fórsa is made up of thousands of professionals across Ireland’s public and semi-state sectors, including planners, architects, engineers, administrators and more. The union has a strong track record of winning real improvements in terms and conditions—and is now seeking to do the same within the Land Development Agency.
All Land Development Agency staff are invited to complete the survey and share it with colleagues.
